Just like you, when I need to make a big purchase, I also have to go to the bank for a loan. 

I know the challenge: when people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, the professionals they turn to often aren’t truly on their side. A loan officer works for the bank, the car salesperson works for the dealership, and a realtor is focused on their commission. On top of that, banks make decisions inside a “black box,” so it’s no surprise that you never get straight answers.

That’s where I come in. I will give you straightforward answers. I can’t promise a loan to everyone—if you don't have a job or any income it's almost impossible. But what I can do is help you figure out how the banks makes decisions behind the scenes.
